The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure the following peculiar support equipment in support of the F404 engine: 7 EA Fixture Assembly, Stage 1 Fan Blades P/N 21C11423G01; 11 EA Holding Fixture Aft LPT Stator P/N 21C8828G01; 27 EA Drill Fixture, Fuel Inlet Tube P/N 21C8919G01; 10 EA Tool Staking Pin, Fan Rotor P/N 21C8958G01; 06 EA Vacuum Test Fixture AGB Carbon Seal P/N 21C8945G01; 27 EA Holding Fixture Drill Inner Flap P/N 21C8963G01; 27 EA A/B Mixer Fixture Ferrule Replace P/N 21C8969G01; 10 EA Pusher/Puller Windback Seal FF P/N 21C8988G01; 2 EA Weld Clevis Fixture Oil Tank P/N 21C899G01. The proposed acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure these items on a sole source basis from General Electric Support Services of Mount Laurel, NJ under the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, with an approved Justification and Approval. Firms that recognize and produce the required items described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
