The high accuracy humidity generator shall be model no. 3900 with a dew/frost point temperature range of -95 degrees C to +10 degrees C. The generator shall be able to calculate and display relative humidity over ice and over water using generated dew/frost point temperature and measured test chamber temperatures. The generator shall not reply on internal nor external humidity sensors to operate. Reponses received within 15 days from the date of this advertisement that demonstrate a capability to meet the specifications identified will be considered by the agency in determining whether to issue a competitive RFP.
