The Government requires this software so as to maintain complete system compatibility with the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Independent Verification and Validation Design agent for the MARK41. This software and maintenance allows the Government to set up the test evaluation, and production environment for the upcoming Independent Verification and Validation efforts. The Government must have the capability to generate the exact code at the Design Agent, Acceptance Agent and In-service Agent facilities. All code versions and revisions must be identical amongst these technical agents. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
