The VA Medical Center, Cheyenne, Wyoming intends to negotiate with MUMPS AudioFax for a Medical Interactive Telephony package. The system will be installed on equipment that will connect to existing DHCP computer system and software shall be written in ''M''. It will provide at a minimum automated telephonic clinic appointment reminders, prescription inquiry and refill information, appointment inquiry, copay/MCCR balance inquiry, pharamcy medication consultations, notification of clinic cancellation, emergency notification of abnormal laboratory values and notification of off-site staff emergencies. System must be interfaced plug and play with all DHCP associated modules.
