Indefinite delivery order requirements contract for Archaeological and Architectural Cultural Resources Services. The contract period will be for a base year plus two one year options. The work includes Archaeological Surveys, Testing, Data Recovery, Artifact Analyses, Report Preparation and Site Evaluation for National Register Eligibility Determinations. The Architecture Services will involve preforming background research of records, historical and archival literature, professional journals and production of overview studies, bibliographies, synopses and National Register Nominations forms, in support of work conducted to provide contexts for the evaluation of Historical Places sites in terms of the National Register of Historical Places criteria for evaluation and preparation of National Register nominations. The majority of the work will be located in El Paso, Texas, but could include Southeast New Mexico; however, the contractor may be required to perform work outside of this area. Responding firms must have expertise in New Mexican and Southwestern Prehistory and History. Firms will be evaluated on technical quality of the problems; professional qualifications of the staff and consultants to be utilized for the contract; capabilities of the firm and subcontractors to accomplish the contemplated work within the required time; and price. The government makes no guarantee as to the total amount of services to be performed. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted.
