The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to solicit and award a sole-source contract for Inpatient/Outpatient Hospital Services of Federal Prisoners at the Federal Correctional Institution, Safford, AZ to Mount Graham Community Hospital, 1600 Twentieth Avenue, Safford, AZ 85546. Services would consist of a 12 month base period, with two-one (1) year option periods, for a total of 36 months from date of award. This requirement contains a restriction that only medical facilities within a fifteen (15) mile radius from the institution will be utilized for inpatient/outpatient services.
