R -- OBTAIN BASIC INSPECTION SERVICES OF MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS SOL H08R96005300000 DUE 071796 POC Mr. Tom Webster, Contract Specialist, (303) 672-5281. This solicitation is set-aside as an 8(a) competitive award. This request for proposals is for basic physical inspection services to provide a clear description of the condition of approximately 6500 multifamily projects located in the Southeastern and Southwestern parts of the U.S. The inspections are intended to provide a physical survey of the projects' conditions and will not include estimated repair costs. Common areas and a limited percentage of units both vacant and occupied will be inspected. Reporting format will be standardized and allow creation of a national database. Contract period is planned to be one year with four one-year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 17, 1996. Proposals must be received by July 17, 1996.
