The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire Life Cycle support services for the C/KC-130T, P-3C, and EP-3J aircraft. The services for this acquisition will include engineering, technical, procurement, logistics, test, inspection, calibration, repair, maintenance, equipment upgrade installation, configuration management, and other services required to resolve problems and issues which develop on these aircraft. No property or equipment will be provided by the Government. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Lockheed Martin Aircraft Center, 244 Terminal Road, Greenville, SC 29605, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Lockheed Martin Aircraft Center is the only known provider of these services at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
