It is intention of this Request for Proposal to obtain Refuse Collection and Disposal services for military family housing sites located at Silver Strand, Naval Air Station, North Island, and Naval Amphibious Base (On-Station Senior Officer's Quarters) in Coronado, California with EDCO DISPOSAL CORPORATION, 6670 Federal Blvd, Lemon Grove, Ca 91945. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with ONLY one source under the Authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract type is a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity Requirements type contract. The period of performance is for a base period and four option periods. that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period. The services to be provided are subject to the Service Contract Act wage rates.
