It is the intention of this Request for Proposal to obtain Refuse Services for Military Family Housing Sites located at Lofgren Terrace in Chula Vista, California and Holly Square in Imperial Beach, California with Laidlaw Waste Systems, Inc 8364 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego, California 92111. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with ONLY one source under the Authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract type is a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity Requirements type contract. The period of performance is for a base period and four option periods, that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period.
