It is the intention of this Request for Proposal to obtain Refuse Collection and Disposal services for military family housing sites located at La Mesa Park and Howard Gilmore in La Mesa, California with EDCO DISPOSAL CORPORATION, 6670 Federal Blvd. Lemon Grove, Calfiornia. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with ONLY one source under the Authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract type is a combination Firm fixed Price and Indefinite Quanity Requirements type contract. The period of performance is for a base period and four option periods, that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period. The services to be provided are subject to the Services Contract Act wage rates. This solicitaiton will be available on or about 28 June 96. No deposit is required.
