The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for a requirements contract for building and grounds maintenance and operation at Youghiogheny Lake, Confluence, Pennsylvania. Services include: grass mowing; maintenance of landscaped areas; cleaning services; drift, debris, and trash removal; maintenance of navigation aids; raw sewage and sludge removal; solid waste removal; park attendant; wildlife management; and boundary. The effective period of the contract will be from 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997, with two option periods through 30 September 1999. Requests for specifications must be made in writing.
