Contractor to provide all personnel, management, material and services to compile, develop, edit, prepare and deliver final pre-press laser proof and corrected one piece negative film for the printing of full color military journal. These editorial services are for a quarterly international professional military/defense journal. These editorial services are for a quarterly international professional military/defense journal for United States Central Command's (USCENTCOM) area of interest. A maximum of two articles per year shall be bilingual (English-Arabic). Contractor shall create and publish an Internet computer version on the World Wide Web (WWW) simultaneously with the Quarterly printed publication. Printing shall be provided by the US Government Printing Office. This contract will be for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years and will be similar to the US Southern Commands professional journal ``Dialogo''.
