Services Nonpersonal to operate and manage a Commercial Travel Office at Scott Air Force Base and various locations. This acquisition will be accomplished via streamlined source selection procedures in accordance with Appendix BB of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (AFFARS). Technical and cost/price proposals will be required from all offerors. This requirement is being solicited for a basic multi-year period of 2 years with three option years. Basic year starting 1 Jan 97. The Contract will be a firm fixed discount fee for official travel and a firm fixed concession fee for unofficial travel. Requests for solicitation packages must be made in writing to the contracting office. Requests for the official RFP may be transmitted via fax to (618) 256-4325. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. When requesting the official RFP, sources MUST indicate their business size status. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 4724.
