V -- LODGING, MEALS AND CONFERENCE FACILITIES SOL MDA410-96-Q-0034 POC Contact Mr. Lou Card, (703) 696-3843 ext. 118 The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires a contractor to provide lodging and breakfast, lunch and dinner meal plan for personnel attending the Integrating Technology into Mathematics Workshop during the period July 14 through July 20, 1996 (7 days). The contractor shall provide the following: 1. Lodging Requirements: Single occupancy rooms for 52 participants beginning July 14 through July 19, 1996. 2. Meal Requirements: July 14 - Dinner for 52 participants; July 15-July 19 - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for 52 participants; and July 20 - Breakfast for 52 participants. 3. Hotel Location: The hotel should be located in the Washington Metropolitan area and must be at a location within walking distance or a short metro trip to L'Enfant Plaza next to the Department of Agriculture. 4.
