Provide all labor, material, equipment, etc. necessary to perform the phased renovation and construction in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications for VA project 607-055, primary care expansion. Work shall involve, but not be limited to, general demolition, removal of metal framed/metal lath and plaster walls, suspended and gypsum board ceiling systems door and door frame demolition, removal of plumbing fixtures, removal of carpet and other finishes, removal of electrical wiring, conduits, light fixtures, communications cabels and the disposal of all items noted. New construction shall include, but not be limited to, installing new gypsum and steel stud walls, door and frame installation, install required ceiling systems, new millwork, new casework, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, new finishes, install a bulletproof wall/counter, dumbwaiter relocation, chapel furnishing and storage and relocation, stained glass window relocation and mounting, revise and reinstall existing chapel pews. The project shall be phased as follows with time in between the phases for the required VA Moves: 1. Renovate the space indicated for the new credit union, MAS offices, toilets and auditorium lobby. 2. Renovate the old credit union space and old main lobby for the new chapel. 3. Renovate the out-patient registration area. 4. Renovate the old chapel space for the new clinic functions. SIC is 1542. Small business Size standared is 17 million.
