Furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supplies and supervision necessary for the install stoves accordance with NFPA 54 and manufacturers printed instructions. Clean inside of pipe, fittings and connectors before installation. Make final connections with AGA-Approved gas equipment connectors. Connectors shall be long enough to afford access to coupling. Replace the existing shut off valves with bronze body ball valve in accordance with ANSI B16-.33, full port pattern, reinforced PTFE seals, threaded ends and PTFE seat. Secure all loose hanging wires in the oven cabinet. All electric work shall comply with National Electric Code requirements. Perform an operational test and adjust the burners to manufacturers recommendations or perform as expected. The oven units will be government furnished equipment (GFE). Estimated cost range: $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED PURSUANT TO SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. NOTICE: THE PROPOSED CONTRACT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS (SB). Plans and specifications will be available on or about 4 Jun 1996.
