Modular units shall be leased by the Government on a yearly basis with an annual option to purchase the modular units. The Contractor is responsible for the disassembly and removal of modular units as required by the Government. Concrete foundations and utilities shall remain in place. Firm fixed price contract to be awarded for a period of one year, commencing 15 days after notice of award. The Government may extend the term of the contract for an additional period of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. The estimated cost range is $250,000 to $500,000.
