Construction work consists of a 10,000 square foot reinforced, sloped concrete pad for parking of refueler vehicles, site lighting and power, trench drain, conduit, oil-water separator, piping, perimeter fencing and the addition of 4,000 sy of asphaltic pavements to existing site improvements. Work will also involve limited demolition to include the removal of approx. 600 sy of existing concrete slabs and footings, 3 utility poles, and 2,000 cy of existing asphaltic pavement and the disposal of these materials in a landfill. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Estimated length of construction is 90 calendar days.
