Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, lodging, transportation and insurance necessary to (1) Repair and maintenance of the domestic water well at two MAF sites D-01 and S-01 by the production of a new well at MAF Site D-01 drilled to a depth of 445 feet; and the production of an additional well at MAF site S-01 drilled to a depth of 275 feet. The well at D-01 shall replace the existing well which shall be capped and abandoned. The well at S-01 shall be renovated. New pump and column at D-01. New pump and column at both wells at S-01. New distribution piping and power from MAF to wells. Drill cuttings to be removed and disposed of off site. (2) Missile Alert Facilities to be worked are as follows: 319th Flight - MAF D-01, located in Kimball County Road 27, Bushel, Kimball County, Nebraska in the NW4NW4 of section 18 in township 16N of range 56W, of the 6th P.M.. 400th Flight located in Goshen, County Road 161, Hawksprings, Goshen County, Wyoming in the SW4NE4 of section 26 in township 8N of range 58W, of the 6th P.M.. Performance period shall be for 89 calendar days without a Winter Exclusion period (1 December to 30 April (151 days includes 4 holidays)). Assuming notice to proceed by 5 July, then: 20 days for Entry Authorization List (EAL), 4 days mobilization (2 days per site), 60 days continual effort (30 days per site), 3 days holidays, and 2 days (10%) contingency. The issue date will be on or about the 22 June 96 with a bid opening date 30 days after IFB issuance. The magnitude of this project is between $75,000 and $150,000.
