Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary in the performance of all operations required for interior/exterior painting in occupied and unoccupied facilities on U.S. Air Force property on Guam, including Military Family Housing. Areas subject to protective coating may include, but are not limited to horizontal and vertical interior and exterior surfaces of varying substrates, doors frames, windows, mullions, louvers, vents, vent stacks, equipment, steps, and risers, access ladders, fire escapes, railings, storm shutters, flag poles, alarms hydrants, street curbing, various safety and graphic markings to include symbology and logos. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000,000 and $1,000,000 per year. The performance period includes a base year plus four option years. The contract type contemplated is an Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The guaranteed contract minimum is $100,000. The guaranteed minimum applies to the total contract, inclusive of option years. A $14.00 fee, payable to the United States Treasury, is required for each copy of the solicitation package requested. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 Jul 96.
