Work includes, but is not limited to the energy efficient motor and system improvements to the high-head, high-use, vertical turbine water production equipment at the Fort George Wright wellfield. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, utilities, water, and fuel supply, vehicular transportation, and necessary incidental services. The estimated value of the work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 dollars. Performance period is 165 calendar days. Working hours are weekdays, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays (Work is to be accomplished between 1 Oct and 1 Apr only). The work is not located in a restricted or controlled area. Government furnished materials are not included. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 22 June 1996.
