The work includes but is not limited to the following: a. Repair/upgrade of the following: entrance to the arcade, roof fascia, hallways, landscaping, and plaza area lighting system, replacement of air conditioning system, installation of chilled water lines, restoration of other related work. b. All other works shown on the drawings and miscellaneous incidental work not shown that may be required to complete the project, all in accordance with the specifications and applicable drawings. Performance period will be 320 days; 90 days mobilization, 230 days actual construction time. The estimated magnitude is between $500,000.00 - $1 Million. Issuance of the IFB is anticipated on 21 Jun 96. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid in response to the solicitation.
