Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to provide and install perimeter drain tile at Capehart housing and connecting the drain tiles to the storm sewer system. Work will include excavation and backfill, pavement removal and replacement, sidewalk and driveway removal and replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, landscaping, turf, storm sewer and utility work in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and drawings for project JFSD 963001. Work shall be accomplished at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contract performance period shall be 180 calendar days. Specifications and drawings for this project will be issued only in hard copy. This action is being issued unrestricted.
