Z -- REPLACE ROOFS IN HOLLY HOUSING AREA SOL F3260596B0028 DUE 071196. Contact Ken Barborak at (701) 747-5314/Contracting Officer, Thana Prochko, (701) 747-5266. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to replace existing asphalt shingles, plywood roof sheathing, add attic ventilation and all related work as specified in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and drawings for project JFSD 973003. Work shall be accomplished at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contract performance period shall be 180 calendar days. Specifications and drawings for this project will be issued only on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Drawings will be AutoCADD 12 files and the specifications will be MicroSoft Word for Windows 6.0 files. This action is being issued unrestricted. All request for this project must be made in writing and can be faxed to the 319 CONS/LGCC, Grand Forks AFB, ND, (701) 747-4215.
