This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation is for one item which is a VME-STL Communication Card, Mfg. Camtronics, Stock number 1699999-0836, Qty five(5) each. This communication card will be installed in a Camtronics Working Storage Controller, Model 800480001F which, after installation, will permit communication between work station/review station and a image storage controller that we are presently using. Delivery is to be made to; Chief, A&MMS, VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Avenue, South, Nashville, TN 37212-2637. Delivery is expected to be within 15 days ARO. Acceptance and Inspection at VA Medical Center, Nashville, TN. FOB Nashville, TN. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, without addenda, applies to this acquisition. If other than brand name identified is offered, then the offeror shall indicate the manufacturer, brand, model/part number and a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the brand name identified. A completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items must be included with offer.
