This communication card will be installed in a Camtronics Working Storage Controller, Model 800480001F which, after installation, will permit communication between work station/review station and a image storage controller that we are presently using. Delivery is to be made to; Chief, A&MMS, VA Medical Center, 1310 24th Avenue, South, Nashville, TN 37212-2637. Delivery is expected to be within 15 days ARO.
