The PCMM is the latest software module which belongs to the VA's Decentralized Hospital Computer Program application packages. The PCMM software module is written in M language and is designed to facilitate the practice of Primary Care functions in the Department of Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care setting. Contract award will be based upon a combination of Price and Technical criteria.
