The following clarifications and revisions are hereby made: Reference part 1 of the BAA: In the phrase ''non-lethal mission disruption of airborne sensors and platforms at ranges substantially beyond those of current low altitude systems,'' ''current low altitude systems'' refers to the hostile platforms themselves. ''Height of aperture'' refers to the height of the aperture above the ground. Reference part 2 of the BAA: A table of contents or other similar indexing information (which is not required), if provided, is not included in the 50-page count of the technical/management proposal. The cost proposal is not required to be submitted on an SF1411, but information and cost detail appropriate to determining that the proposed price is fair and reasonable must be included. Large businesses are not required to submit subcontracting plans for utilizing small and small disadvantaged businesses. The Funds and Man-Hour Expenditure Report is not a required data item.
