E./pks/(210)977-2821 Nonpersonal services to provide technical services in the area of documenting US and friendly foreign electromagnetic systems and analysis/documentation of airborne target signatures. Services include performing all tasks necessary to research, analyze, technically document, and perform reviews for the electromagnetic systems specified by the Air Force Information Warefare Center (AFIWC). These tasks can include, but are not limited to, performing a complete study of radar systems, radar warning receivers, missile warning receivers, electronic countermeasures systems, electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) systems, communication systems, radar cross section analysis, EO/IR signature analysis of US and friendly foreign airborne targets, and other non-communications systems. These studies will involve acquisition of system documentation, maintenance of a Government-owned technical library, extraction of information, analysis of specific and non-specific data items, and technical documentation of data into an established ormat. The majority of services shall be performed in the contractor's facilities with some on-site effort. Personnel performing this effort must be eligible for a least a Secret and possibility a Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Period of performance includes a basic year plus four option years. Streamlined Source Selection procedures will be followed for this acquisition.
