The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Service (FCS), seeks qualified small business set-aside contractors for a follow-up project to provide partnership development expertise to support States in planning and developing a State-wide nutrition education and promotion network, to conduct an evaluation of the collaborative process, and to prepare a summary report synthesizing the results of all the projects. The estimated duration of this contract is twenty-four (24) months. The estimated level of effort is approximately three (3) to three and one-half (3-1/2) professional person years. Offers will be due on or about July 18, 1996.
