Contract Information: Indefinite Delivery Contract that will provide
for the capability to issue a series of delivery orders not to exceed
$150,000 each and the total contract is not to exceed $250,000 in one
calendar year. At the option of the Government, this contract may be
extended for an additional year. This announcement is open to all
businesses regardless of size. 2. Project Information: Different
engineering assignments at various locations in New England which could
include various Title I and II services requiring licensed design
professionals in the civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and
architectural disciplines. Expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, and
environmental engineering is also desirable. 3. Selection Criteria:
Selection Criteria in descending order of importance are: a. The firm
must have on its staff or provide through a consultant(s), professional
engineers with demonstrated expertise in all those disciplines listed
above. The firm must also have staff with professional registration in
all six New England states. Firms not demonstrating these requirements
will be disqualified from further consideration. b. The firm must have
the capacity to accomplish the work in the required time. c. The firm
must possess a good record of past performance on contracts with
respect to cost control, quality of work, and compliance with
performance schedules. d. Firms should have capability to provide all
deliverables in Intergraph MicroStation PC or 32 CADD software, release
4 or higher, DOS or UNIX, version 4.03 or higher, electronic digital
format. The Government will only accept this format, without conversion
or reformatting, in the target CADD software format and on the target
platform specified herein. The target platform is a PC or UNIX work
station, with a UNIX or MS-DOS version 6.0, operating system. 4.
Submission Requirements: See Note 24 for general submission
reuirements. Interested firms having the capabilities to perform this
work must submit two copies of SF 255 (11/92 edition), and two copies
of SF 254 (11/92 edition) to the above address not later than the close
of business on the 30th day after the date of this announcement. Two
copies of SF 254 are also required for each proposed consultant. If the
30th day is a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holiday, the deadline is the
close of business of the next business day. Include ACASS number in
Section 3 of the SF 255. Call the ACASS Center at 503-326-3459 to
obtain a number. In Section 10 of the SF 255 describe the firm's
overall design quality management plan, including management approach,
coordination of disciplines and subcontractors, and quality control
