The Health Resources and Services Administration, Bureau of Health Professions is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This procurement is authorized by Title VII, Section 762 of the Public Health Service Act, as amended by P.L. 102-408, and in accordance awards are LIMITED TO ACCREDITED SCHOOLS OF PUBLIC HEALTH ONLY. The purpose of this procurement is to prepare an issue paper assessing health education curricula both within and outside schools of public health and develop recommendations for the year 2000 in the context of the rapidly changing health care system. The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, materials and facilities to accomplish this procurement. The project period is anticipated to be for 30 weeks. Accredited Schools of Public Health, may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Agency. The soliciation will be issued on or about 06/5/96. The closing date will be on 07/08/96.
