Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Division of Science, Education, and
Analysis requires services to support the completion of the development
of the Child Health and Illness Profile-Adolescent Education (CHIP-AE)
to be used in targeting appropriate intervention for risky behaviors.
The Government intends to negotiate with the Johns Hopkins University,
School of Hygiene and Public Health, Department of Health Policy
Management, 624 N. Broadway, Room 452, Baltimore, MD 21205-1996. The
Johns Hopkins University is deemed the only responsible source capable
of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other
than Full and Open Competition is on file. The period of performance is
one year. This award shall be made using simplified acquisition
