The Non-appropriated Funds Instrumentality (NAFI) of the US shall grant a concession to operate a Hair Styling Salon at the Officer's Club WPAFB OH. This is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the US Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. The Concessionaire shall pay the NAFI a monthly fee and a percentage of gross receipts. The Contractor shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating and/or managing a similar establishment.
