This project is to acquire a site and construct and lease a Main Post Office building of approximately 5,537 s.f. in Woodbridge, CA. The site, with a minimum size of 28,787 s.f. (excluding setbacks, easements, etc.) should be within the boundaries on the North by Greenview Drive; on the East by the River; on the South by the Academy Street; and on the West by Benedict Street. Basic lease term of twenty years with two renewal periods at the option of the Postal Service for five years each. Request for a solicitation package should be submitted along with your name, address, telephone number and a certified or cashier's check for $25.00 made payable to ''USPS Disbursing Officer'' for each package.
