Bauman (301) 619-2369 (Site Code DAMD17) The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, and materials to: (1)Provide radon entry diagnostics; (2) Develop radon mitigation plans/specifications; and (3) Conduct the installation of mitigation devices, where required, for buildings located at Fort Detrick, Frederick, Maryland, in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. Contractor qualifications: The Contractor shall be recognized by the EPA for the performance of radon mitigation; shall be listed on the EPA National Radon Contractor Proficiency (RCP) Program; and shall furnish their Radon Contractor Proficiency (RCP) Program identification number. The period of performance under any resultant contract award shall be for a period of one (1) base year and two (2) consecutive one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.
