Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: New construction includes additions to the building over the entrances and a 1,250 square foot classroom area. Repair portion of project includes exterior work consisting of brick veneer over existing concrete masonry walls, new windows and aluminum entrances; interior work consists of replacement of existing finishes, new lighting and upgrade of the electrical, mechanical, fire alarm and communication system; site work consisting of renovation to patio, new fencing, paving and landscaping.
