PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, supplies, equipment, materials and labor for the upgrade of an existing storm drainage system. The basic project consists of placing approximately 1850 LF of reinforced concrete pipe underground and includes manholes, headwalls and site restoration. There is on additive bid item which includes approximately an additional 1950 LF of concrete pipe to include manholes, headwalls and restoration as above. All work to be performed at Barnes Air National guard Base, Westfield, Massachusetts. Performance period is for one-hundred-twenty (120) days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Interested parties qualified to perform work under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 1623 should notify this office, in writing, of their interest to bid the project as the prime contractor as early as possible but no later than June 15, 1996 referencing IFB Number DAHA19-96-B-0005.
