The project shall include, but not limited to selective demolition, concrete work, masonry work, rough and finished carpentry, millwork, roofing, gutters, downspouts, wood doors and window systems and painting. Twenty sets of Plans and Specifications will be available at no cost, any request after shall require a $25.00 non-refundable check or money order made payable to National Park Service.
