This shall include archietectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition for both large and small business concerns. The SIC code for this acquisition is 1542 and the small business size standard is $17 million. Bids from all responsive, responsible bidders will be considered.
