The principle features of work for project NKAK 88-1008 include, but are not limited to: (a) Demolition and alteration of existing metal siding, concrete paving, and utilities; (b) Provide fill and grading to provide positive drainage; (c) Provide concrete foundation and slabs, metal framing, siding and roofing with trim, interior metal studs, gypsum board partitions, interior finishes and suspended acoustical ceiling; (d) Provide additions and alterations to fire detection system; and (e) Provide mechanical, electrical and lighting systems. This is a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period will be 180 days.
