The principle features of work for project NKAK 90-4032-D5 include, but are not limited to: (a) Regrading of drainage swales generally 3-5 feet in width; (b) Replacing sod that has an elevation greater than an adjoining slab or driveway that forms part of a drainage path; (c) Replacing porches that pond water. This is a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period will be 180 days.
