C, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. First article will be required from all but proven sources. First article will be tested by the vendor. Delivery of the first article will be required 30 days after award and the production lot will be required 90 days after award. The acquisition will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. The quotation will be issued on or about 20 June 1996 with a 3 week closing.
