This announcement does not necessarily promise that a procurement announcement will follow. No payment will be made for the information submitted. (2) Function, performance, ease of use, operation environment, constraint, maximum number of users and customizing cost of the package software for administrating the staff information. (3) The kinds of providable computer services (software design, programming and test, operation, inputting data, maintaining programs), and their costs. Skill levels of engineers. (4) How to use program size counting method (Function points etc.) for estimating the size of programs. (5) System configuration (hardware and software) and its expansion method to realize a staff information system by distributed database technology. (6) As for hardware which is necessary for (5), main functions, performance, characteristics, prices, actual sales records, standard period of time for delivery. (7) As for software which is necessary for (5), main functions, performance, prices, actual sales records, the kinds of selling license for software. (8) Very large memory function with 64 bits addressing. (9) As for database, maximum number of items, capacity, performance, expansion method, management support function of the database, method for rapid update and reference of the large scale distributed database system, the correlation between record counts (maximum is 320,000 records) and performance, recovery function, security system, synchronous control method for distributed database systems, and the correlation between method and performance of backup.
