The Indiana Medicaid State Agency is seeking contractors to perform contract compliance monitoring of the Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) that are under contract to the State. The Monitoring Contractor will perform annual External Quality Reviews (EQRs) on each MCO, readiness reviews of each new MCO, and conduct other special managed care studies as defined by the State. The State expects the successful bidder to be able to provide technical assistance in a broad range of managed care issues. (151)
