Patterson, Contract Specialist, (919) 541-2724; Contracting Officer, Antoinette Bridges NIEHS is interested in seeking an organization to conduct workshops and provide logisitical support for a scientific panel that will interpret scientific research data on health and biological effects; exposure analysis; engineering; and risk assessment data from studies of 60 HZ and related frequency currents produced by the generation, transmission, and use of electric power. The solicitation will call for organizing and conducting up to five (5) workshops on electric magnetic fields (EMF) with regard to hazard identification and science evaluation. The period of performance shall begin September 15, 1996 or date of award (whichever is later) and continue for a two year period. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. (0155)
