Scope of work for base contract and Option No. 1 and Option No. 2 is as follows: Base contract work includes but is not limited to providing all labor and materials for the following: The south parking lot will be reconfigured with new grade lines, entry ramps, paving, parking striping, retaining walls, improved site lighting, new site drainage, fences and landscaping. New keycard access with automatic security gates are to be provided to control in and out automobile traffic. As part of the landscaping improvements, an outdoor seating/eating area north of the building will be provided with built-in tables and benches. Provide a new structural slab, repairs to columns and beams, new waterproofing and landscape improvements to the building east main entrance plaza. The storage/maintenance building at the southwest portion of the site will be reclad with a new metal panel exterior wall system. The gas pump, pump curb and underground gas storage tank adjacent to the storage/maintenance building will also be removed as part of this project. Option No. 1 includes but is not limited to furnishing and installing granite facing on the south side of the building above the loading dock area. Option No. 2 includes but is not limited to replacing all existing city sidewalks located on the site with new. The Government reserves the right to exercise Option Nos. 1 and 2 at any time up to (120) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The completion time for this project is (300) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This project is open to both small and large business concerns. The small business size standard for this project is $7 million. Specifications will be available on or about June 25, 1996.
