Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for equipment, materials, labor and incidentals necessary to enclose the 30-foot wide open end bay of the Ehrenberg Maintenance Shop. The work will include relocating, removing, and reinstalling two (2) 16 feet x 16 feet electrically operated overhead doors and furnishing and installing new door framing, furnishing and installing one (1) new 16 feet x 16 feet electrically operated overhead door and framing, furnishing and installing R-19 vinyl backed wall and roof insulation, furnishing and installing 26 gage painted steel ''R'' type wall panels, gutter, downspouts, and trim matching the existing building, extending the existing electrical and lighting systems, placing new concrete aprons, compressor foundations, and oil storage slab. The anticipated award date is July 15, 1996. The proposed project is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $7 million and standard industrial classification is 1542. Evaluation of quotations will be based on price alone.
