Fire Alarm System Improvements at the Federal Building, 522 Minnesota Avenue, Bemidji, MN. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Disconnect and remove existing Fire Alarm System from all floors except the first floor; leave existing first floor F.A. System including system panel and annunciator intact; provide new devices as shown on drawings. Provide a new public address system. The completion time for this contract is 180 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is between 25,000 and 100,000. The Standard Industrial Code is 1731 and the small business size standard is $7 million. This project is set aside for small business concerns. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
